A progressive array of gradient pinholes in a variety of patterns permits illumination to penetrate the surface of the luminaire. This illuminated art radiates light in small micro-doses that individually reduce the glare of direct illumination but in unison with the hundreds of others produces a bright yet comfortable glow.
